Contacts - Designed to hold your contact information for a group of people, for example team members or employees. The Module includes name, position, email address, and two telephone numbers.
FAQ - Allows you to manage a list of Frequently Asked Questions and their corresponding Answers.
Events List/Calendar - List or display a Calendar for your upcoming events, including time and location. The events list can alternately be set to display in calendar format. Each event can be set to automatically expire on a particular date, or re-occur by any specified number of days, weeks, months or years.
Feedback - Allows visitors to send messages to the Administrator (or assigned member) of the portal. If a user has already logged in, then their personal data will automatically populate the form.
Html/Text - You have the choice of either Design content in a WYSIWYG editor, or add html. The WYSIWIG option can includes a picture gallery of all your uploaded images. If you have knowledge of HTML editors such as DreamWeaver/Frontpage or other popular tools, then you can apply a simple process and develop a sophisticated page and just copy and paste the codes in the HTML section of the page. You would need to upload the images onto the site separately via the File Manager.
File Management - Upload files and images directly from your computer to your Intranet. Once you have loaded a file, it is instantly available in your file list on all modules that handle files. An image gallery with previewing of all images is also available in the HTML Module. Simply drag and drop to select an image.
Links - If you need a simple method of having links to other sites then this module organizes a list of hyperlinks either internally on your web site; or externally on another web site or Internet location. Links can be set to open in the same or a new browser window.
IFrame - If you ever wanted to include a page or a whole series of hyperlinked pages from another website or perhaps you have a presentation or a movie that is available on another site then you can use IFrame to display the content in your page without complex import and display.
News Feeds - Using news feeds on your Intranet can provide your team with up-to-date, topical information on any range of topic.

Search - Allows you to design a customised search for any data on your site.
Recycle Bin - A recycle bin is included allowing you to restore any content modules or Tabs (web pages) deleted accidentally. Simply click on the Tab or Module to restore and click the Restore button. The content or Tab then instantly reappears where it was deleted from.
Survey - This Survey allows you to create custom surveys to obtain user opinions. Used by many clients to test advertising materials (radio ads or print options). The centralized benefit allows quick action and user ownership.
XML/XSL - This module renders the result of an XML/XSL transform. Most commonly used to attache to extermal database and return that data to your secure Intranet (Real Estate MLS for example).
